1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TranslAIte, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

TranslAIte provides AI-generated document translation and certified translation services. Results are produced by automated AI systems and include a certificate of translation for official purposes.

3. User responsibilities

• You must own the rights or have permission to translate documents you submit
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of translations before use
• You must not submit documents containing illegal content
• You must keep your account credentials confidential

4. AI-generated translations

While we use multiple AI models and quality review steps, AI translations may contain errors. For critical legal, medical, or immigration purposes, we recommend having important translations reviewed by a qualified human professional. TranslAIte provides the certified translation certificate in good faith but cannot guarantee acceptance by every institution.

5. Payments and refunds

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Individual translation jobs are charged per-document. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support within 7 days if you are unsatisfied with a result.

6. Limitation of liability

TranslAIte is not liable for any damages resulting from translation errors or service unavailability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
